REFUND POLICY -&nbsp;

At Biomentors, we take utmost care to ensure that all study materials are properly checked and securely packed before dispatch.

1. No Refund Policy

All purchases of printed study materials are final. Once an order has been placed, no refund, cancellation, return, or exchange will be permitted, except in the cases specifically mentioned below.

2. Replacement Eligibility

A replacement may be provided only if:

	<li style="margin-bottom:11px">The study material received is physically damaged or defective.</li>
	<li style="margin-bottom:11px">Pages are missing, misprinted, blank, or improperly bound.</li>
	<li style="margin-bottom:11px">The customer has received a different book, module, subject, class, or study material from what was ordered.</li>
	<li style="margin-bottom:11px">Any item included in the ordered study material package is missing.</li>
</ul>

Minor dents, scratches, folded corners, or damage to the outer packaging that does not affect the usability or readability of the study material will not qualify for replacement.

3. Reporting a Defective or Wrong Item

Customers must report any defective, damaged, missing, or incorrectly delivered study material within 48 hours of delivery.

The complaint must include:

	<li style="margin-bottom:11px">Registered name and mobile number</li>
	<li style="margin-bottom:11px">Clear photographs of the outer packaging</li>
	<li style="margin-bottom:11px">Clear photographs or video showing the defect, damage, missing item, or wrong material</li>
	<li style="margin-bottom:11px">A continuous unboxing video, wherever required for verification</li>
</ul>

Requests submitted after 48 hours of delivery may not be accepted.

4. Replacement Process

After receiving the complaint, the Biomentors team will verify the details and supporting evidence.

If the claim is approved:

<ul>
	<li style="margin-bottom:11px">The correct or replacement material will be dispatched without any additional product cost.</li>
	<li style="margin-bottom:11px">The customer may be required to return the defective or incorrect material.</li>
	<li style="margin-bottom:11px">The material must be unused and returned in its original condition and packaging, as far as reasonably possible.</li>
</ul>

Biomentors reserves the right to reject claims where the material appears to have been used, damaged after delivery, altered, marked excessively, or where sufficient evidence has not been provided.

5. Refund in Exceptional Circumstances

Refunds are generally not provided. However, if an approved replacement cannot be arranged due to permanent unavailability of the material, Biomentors may, at its discretion, provide:

<ul>
	<li style="margin-bottom:11px">An alternative equivalent study material;</li>
	<li style="margin-bottom:11px">Store credit; or</li>
	<li style="margin-bottom:11px">A refund limited to the value of the unavailable item.</li>
</ul>

Shipping, handling, payment gateway, and other service charges may be non-refundable unless the error occurred solely from the side of Biomentors.

6. Delivery Refusal and Incorrect Address

No refund or replacement will be provided where delivery fails due to:

	<li style="margin-bottom:11px">An incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer;</li>
	<li style="margin-bottom:11px">An unavailable recipient;</li>
	<li style="margin-bottom:11px">Repeated refusal to accept the shipment;</li>
	<li style="margin-bottom:11px">Failure to respond to the courier partner;</li>
	<li style="margin-bottom:11px">Incorrect contact details; or</li>
	<li style="margin-bottom:11px">Any other reason attributable to the customer.</li>
</ul>

Any re-shipping charges in such cases shall be borne by the customer.

7. Colour and Printing Variations

Minor differences in colour, paper shade, cover design, printing layout, edition appearance, or packaging may occur between batches. Such variations will not be considered defects if the educational content and usability of the material remain unaffected.
